Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
North Sea Strategic (“North Sea Strategic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit northseastrategic.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you complete a form, request a proposal, subscribe to updates, or contact us by email, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, business or organization, job title, email address, telephone number, website, budget or project details, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including your IP address, browser type and language, device type and operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages and links you interact with, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
2. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to information collected through the Site and through your communications with us. It does not govern information handled under a separate written agreement between you and North Sea Strategic — for example, a master services agreement, statement of work, or platform license — which controls how we handle information in the course of a client engagement. Where such an agreement conflicts with this Policy, that agreement governs the engagement.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to: respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and provide the services you request; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services; personalize and measure the performance of our content and marketing; communicate with you about your project, our services, and — where permitted — relevant updates you have asked to receive; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues; and comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain uses of cookies and analytics may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws; you can exercise choices as described in Section 5.
4. Cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure the effectiveness of our content. This includes first-party cookies and third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function; analytics and marketing technologies are optional. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie preferences tool. Disabling certain technologies may affect Site functionality.
5. Your choices and privacy rights
Consent and signals. Where required, we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies, and we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where applicable.
Marketing. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you; to opt out of certain processing, sharing, or targeted advertising; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us at hello@northseastrategic.com. We will verify and respond to your request as required by applicable law, and you may use an authorized agent where permitted.
6. How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer-relationship management, and payment processing — under contractual obligations to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Affiliated entities. With companies and brands under common ownership or operation with North Sea Strategic, for the purposes described in this Policy.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or security issues.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
7. Data security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to provide our services, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
9. Third-party websites
The Site may link to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not operate or control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party site you visit.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. International visitors
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
