A fire-protection compliance company, rebuilt from a slow Elementor demo into a fast, native, lead-generating platform.
Facility Compliance Services — an Altus Fire & Life Safety company — needed more than a facelift. The starting point was a sluggish Elementor build cloned from a sibling brand, thin on content and heavy on bloat.
We rebuilt it on the North Sea platform: a clean information architecture splitting systems (the equipment) from services (the work), an interactive Connecticut coverage map, an inspection-frequency lookup tool, and a bespoke admin the team actually enjoys using. We stripped Elementor, ElementsKit and the parent theme entirely and rendered everything natively.
The payoff was immediate: Lighthouse performance jumped from the 50s to 98, cumulative layout shift fell to zero, and the site now generates leads instead of just existing.
